ABOUT US

VSH & Associates ('The Firm') is a partnership firm constituted in 1993 under license from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

VSH is providing services to Corporates, HNIs, Banks, NPOs & individual clients. The Firm is providing professional services which include Audits, Due Diligence, Management consultancy, tax consultancy, accounting services, payroll Solutions, secretarial services etc .

The Firm operates through its Head Office at New Delhi and Branch in Gurgaon with a motto to maintain ethical, professional and technical Standards by adopting quality control procedures.

The Firm comprises of Three Partners - CA Hemant Narang, CA Vivek Kant Gupta and CA Amit Arora. Every client’s requirement is different, every requirement is special. We at VSH understand this, providing a positive contribution and value to the clients business.
